Official WhatsApp Business Platform

Give your store a numainda your buyers can actually reach.

Numainda is Urdu for representative — the person who speaks on your behalf. That is the job we do on WhatsApp: answering the questions shoppers ask before they order, confirming cash-on-delivery so the wrong parcels never leave your shelf, and keeping buyers posted until the rider knocks. Only for customers who opted in, only on the official platform.

Why stores call us

The order is placed. Then the silence starts.

A Pakistani shopper rarely buys without asking first — is this the real fabric, will it fit, how many days for Hyderabad, can I pay at the door. Those questions arrive on WhatsApp at eleven at night, and a reply that comes tomorrow morning is a reply that comes too late.

After the order the silence is worse. Nobody confirmed the address, nobody warned that the courier is a day behind, so the buyer decides the store is a fraud and refuses the parcel. You pay the forward charges, the return charges, and you get the stock back creased.

A numainda closes both gaps: someone answering while the shopper is still deciding, and someone keeping in touch until the parcel is in their hands.

What we do

The work a good representative does, done every day

Six things, done properly, for every customer who opts in.

✓

Answer before the buyer cools off

Size, stock, colour, delivery days, payment at the door — the questions that decide a sale get answered on WhatsApp while the customer is still looking at your page, not hours later.

✓

Confirm every COD order

We reach the buyer, verify the address and the amount, and mark the order confirmed. Orders nobody confirms stay on your shelf instead of riding to another city and back.

✓

Keep them posted to the doorstep

Packed, dispatched, out for delivery, delayed — the buyer hears it from you first. A customer who knows what is happening waits; a customer left guessing cancels.

✓

Wording that clears Meta review

We write your templates, submit them for approval, and rework anything Meta returns. You never wait on a rejected template or find out mid-campaign that the wording was wrong.

✓

A consent box that reads honestly

An empty tick box at checkout naming your store, saying messages arrive on WhatsApp, and explaining what they contain. Plain Urdu-English, no pre-ticking, no fine print.

✓

One thread per customer

Every question, confirmation and update sits in a single conversation against the order. Your team stops hunting through screenshots to find out what was already promised.

How it works

From the tick box to the doorstep

Consent comes first. Everything after that is ordinary, useful support.

1

The shopper opts in

At checkout they tick an empty box that names your store and says support and order updates will come on WhatsApp. That tick is recorded with the order, so there is always a record of who agreed and when.

2

We introduce ourselves properly

The first message says which store it is about and which order it concerns, using a template Meta approved. No customer is left wondering who is texting them or why.

3

The conversation runs both ways

They confirm the order, correct an address, ask when it lands, or reply STOP and leave. Whatever they send comes back to a person who knows your products and answers in the language they wrote in.

4

The parcel arrives, and so do they

Confirmed orders get delivered instead of refused, and a buyer who was treated well comes back. That is the whole return on this: fewer parcels coming home, more customers who order twice.

Consent & compliance

We would rather lose the message than take the consent

A representative who messages people who never asked is not a representative, it is a nuisance — and it puts your number at risk, not ours. So the rules below are not a policy page we wrote to look serious. They are how the service is built, and we will say no to work that requires breaking them.

✓The box starts empty. Customers tick it themselves at your checkout. Nothing is pre-selected, bundled into the terms, or assumed from a past purchase.
✓The box says what it means. It names your store, states that messages arrive on WhatsApp, and describes them as support and order updates — not "offers" that later turn into marketing.
✓Meta sees the wording first. Every template is submitted for approval before a single send. Nothing is improvised in the moment or edited after approval.
✓STOP is honoured instantly. One word removes the number. It is written in plain sight, it cannot be overridden by anyone on our side, and it needs no explanation from the customer.
✓No lists, ever. We do not buy, scrape, import or borrow contact lists, and we will not message your past customers who never opted in — however much data you have.
✓No marketing dressed as an update. Every message answers a question or reports on a real order. Discount blasts are somebody else's business.
✓Independent, and clear about it. Your Numainda builds on the official WhatsApp Business Platform. We are not affiliated with, partnered with or endorsed by WhatsApp, Meta or Facebook.
✓No guarantees we cannot keep. Nobody can promise Meta will never restrict a number. We promise a compliant setup, sensible volumes, and a straight answer when something goes wrong.
What changes

What a store looks like six weeks in

Nothing dramatic. Just the leaks closed, one by one.

Questions stop turning into silence

The buyer who asked about sizing at midnight has an answer before they open a competitor's page. Most sales are lost in that gap, not on price.

Fewer parcels come home

Confirming a COD order before dispatch is the cheapest thing you can do. Every refused parcel costs forward charges, return charges and stock you have to re-press.

Your evenings come back

Nobody on your team needs to sit on a phone until midnight or ring forty numbers to confirm orders. The routine part runs; your people handle the odd cases.

Messages that actually get read

WhatsApp is where your buyers already are. An SMS goes unread and an email never arrives; a WhatsApp message gets opened within minutes.

You stop looking like a risk

A store that replies quickly and says where the parcel is feels real. For a first-time COD buyer sending money to a stranger, that feeling is the whole decision.

The rules stay someone else's homework

Opt-in wording, template approvals, quality ratings, policy changes — we track them so you can run a shop instead of studying Meta's documentation.

Questions

Asked before every signup

Including the ones where the honest answer is "no".

What does Your Numainda actually do?+
We act as your store's representative on WhatsApp. We answer the questions buyers send before they order, confirm cash-on-delivery orders so the wrong parcels never leave your shelf, and keep customers updated until delivery. Every conversation runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform and only with customers who opted in at your checkout.
Is this permitted under WhatsApp's rules?+
Yes. We use the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API), send only message templates that Meta approved beforehand, and message only shoppers who ticked the consent box at your checkout. There are no unofficial apps, modified clients or bulk-sending tools involved.
Are you connected to WhatsApp or Meta in any way?+
No. Your Numainda is an independent Pakistani company that builds on a platform Meta makes available to businesses. We are not affiliated with, partnered with, sponsored by or endorsed by WhatsApp, Meta or Facebook, and their names and logos remain their property.
How does a customer opt in?+
At your checkout there is an empty tick box that names your store, states that support and order updates will arrive on WhatsApp, and describes what those messages contain. The shopper ticks it themselves. Nothing is pre-selected, and a phone number never enters our system without that step.
How does someone stop the messages?+
They reply STOP and the number is removed the same moment. The instruction sits in plain sight rather than in small print, our team cannot override it, and no further template is ever sent to that number.
Which messages will my customers receive?+
Order confirmations, cash-on-delivery verification, dispatch and delivery updates, and replies to whatever the customer asks us. Each one is tied to a real order or a real question. We do not run promotional campaigns, discount blasts or cold outreach of any kind.
Can you guarantee my WhatsApp number is never restricted?+
No, and you should be wary of anyone who says otherwise. Meta decides quality ratings and restrictions. What we control is the part that matters: genuine opt-in, approved templates, sensible sending volume and quick action on complaints. That is how risk is kept low, honestly.
What is involved in setting it up?+
One call. We connect your order source, place the consent box into your checkout, write your templates and submit them to Meta for approval. Most stores are live within a few working days and nobody on your team needs technical skill to run it.
What do you do with customer data?+
We handle the name, phone number and order details required to answer the customer and send updates, acting as a processor for you as the merchant. Data goes to Meta and our service providers only as far as delivering the message requires. Retention periods, security measures and the rights customers can exercise are set out in our Privacy Policy.
